Stegosaurus was seen shopping at the Kmart Garden Center, located at 5051 Federal Blvd, Northwest, in Denver, Colorado. He returned to his cave in a state of great excitement.

“I have discovered great programs for my computer,” said Stegosaurus, “I cannot wait to install them. First I found a great program called PlantPal. With a name like that, how could there be anything more useful to a Stegosaurus ? “

“I love gardening, as you know, and I also think the internet is the greatest thing since broad leaf trees. This database application uses Spring framework and a temperature sensor to measure parameters of soil. Such a versatile program must have been written with a Stegosaurus in mind, There are so many ways I can track various aspects of the plants I haven't yet eaten with this!”

“I brought back a nice pygmy date palm (Phoenix roebelenii ) to live in my greenhouse; the high altitudes and harsh winters in this area since the invention of snow make them hard to grow otherwise; but with PlantPal I will be able to monitor its health and keep it alive. Plants like this don't grow outdoors like they used to like the day when my mother found me while eating a cabbage patch, but it will make a wonderful cave plant.”
